Unlike some companies that seem to treat us like we live on the moon, when I called Coflin and it was no problem for them to send someone to our home to take a look at it. Coflin is very customer focused. Linda, who I spoke to on the phone, was very professional and a delight to work with throughout the whole process. She kept me informed the whole way and provided me a very reasonable service window. Most companies seem to want you to be available the entire day. Jason, the technician, was very nice, showed up as scheduled, promptly diagnosed the issue, said they would let us know when the part was in, showed up when promised, and fixed the problem. All said and done they were very communicative, managed to get the part very quickly, and we had our oven problem resolved in no time. I would definitely use them again.“
