I was injured while doing sports in 2016, and felt pain on my right shoulder and right foot, but no abnormalities were found in the CT/MRI examination. A few years later, my right shoulder and right foot would shake and become unstable in one position. After the right foot touches the ground, the instep mainly vibrates and becomes unstable. After several acupuncture treatments from Dr. Shao, my right shoulder and right foot are now stable. I feel I'm fully recovered. Dr. Shao, an accomplished Chinese medicine doctor, is a miracle doctor.
world class Dr and AccupuncturIst referred to me by another Dr. cured Tri Geminal Neuralgia for me in one session ( result of concussion). Very helpful in Covid " long haulers disease" like blood clots post Covid. . Wonderful manners, If you can get in before he retires a great health resource
I need to be very careful about this review because I don't want to hurt Dr. Shao if his Accupuncture did not cause what I am about to explain. But let me start from the beginning and I will update the stars and the comments once I talk to him tomorrow Monday. First when I called to make our appointment--my daughter's and I, Dr. Shao did not even take our names and just said to come Friday at 10am. Then when we got there he looked like he was expecting us even though he didn't know our names. The front office tidy, a feeling of a one man show. Then he called us, gave us paperwork to fill out and put my daughter and I in two different rooms. We detailed our reasons for being there and said that our main problem was Allergies. He was very sweet and read our palms explained what they meant and then put all the needles in. Some of them hurt a lot. He came and checked on us about 3 times adjusting needles then removing them and then we were ready to go about one hour later. The price was $80 per person and he said the next appointments which he said should be about four more times, would be $75. I have paid much less than that with other Acupuncturists, but decided that if he knew what he was doing, it was worth the money. He also gave us some pills to take three times a day for free. That same day late afternoon I started feeling lots of phlegm down my throat and a light headache but I was not stuffy. My daughter was feeling a constant phlegm behind her nose and throat and developed a huge cough the very next day; she still feels really sick. We called the doctor and we both have no fever or any CORONA VIRUS symptoms so please don't over react. My point here is that in my previous experiences with acupuncture, if the Acupuncturists knew what they were doing, I got better immediately the same day and did not have to return for another session until the next year. So I have been getting like a boost each year to balance my body. My two previous Acupuncturists were amazing but one moved his practice somewhere else unknown to me and the last one has terminal cancer and his office is now closed. So I will return to this post after I speak to Dr. Shao on Monday and find out what we can do next to feel better. Will update soon!!! 3/8/2020
