Richard's Tree Service has been great both times we've used them. Over the last year, we've had to have two large trees cut down and the stumps grinded out. Both times they were far more affordable than the other 2-3 quotes we received for both jobs. One other quote we received was double and another was over double(!) what we were quoted for by Richard's. As for the actual job, I have no complaints or issues. They came to our home while we were at work, did what they needed to do, cleaned up, and that was it. Easy process. I highly recommend Richard's Tree Service over several other local companies that do business in Alexandria.

Richards Tree Service responded within a couple hours after a large tree that crushed our garage and two cars on December 18th, 2023. It was a complicated mess of broken glass, crushed wood and metal but they cleaned the entire mess up within 4 or 5 hours. Including all the minor branches, twigs and leaves. The owner Richard was here directing efforts the entire time. They used a large crane to remove the large trunk and branches. They worked quickly and were professional, careful and diligent. This was the third time my neighbors and I have used Richards Tree Service. We would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend Richards Tree Service.
