I had a great experience at this chiropractic office. The staff was always welcoming and caring, and Dr. Reza, the chiropractor, took the time to truly understand my concerns. After just a few visits, I noticed a significant improvement in my back, neck, and knee pain. Not only has my physical health improved, but I also feel supported and genuinely welcomed by a team that truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

Dr.Reza overbooks this practice leaving patients not receiving the specialized care and attention they need and the poor ladies at the front desk overworked. He talks a big game to get you in the door and then is pretty much hands off after that. My bf sought relief from 2 herniated discs so we came here by referral. We were very impressed by Dr. Reza (despite the narcissistic red flags) and agreed to a treatment plan of 30 appointments on each disc. Because of the dire situation we were in, we agreed. (Later told by spine doctor AND another chiropractor to beware when a chiropractor tells you ahead of time you’ll NEED that many appointments) Treatment went well for the most part, but things started to go downhill once we needed medical documents for disability/ employer. On 3 different occasions, Dr.Reza was unable to get documents filled out and returned to us holding up disability checks and even my bf’s first day back at work!! There were days were we would be calling all day just to be told lie after lie, and he would even lie and deflect DURING the appointment about these documents. The lack of consideration and transparency caused us to request a meeting with him during our 5pm appt, to which he upright refused because he had to go to a gym workout for himself. Mind you we had been calling since 9am. One of the times we called we were told he was on the decompression table doing his own treatment. This was the last straw. He will lie to your face and snarl at you as soon as you have a concern/complaint. He said (and it’s recorded) it’s not his job to deal with medical records. In the 2 months we saw Dr.Reza: he shortened treatment appointments without any notice; we had to ask why, he brought prospective clients into my bfs room for testimonials about his practice, made us pay $20 for medical documents after admitting he couldn’t email them for free because he didn’t know how to work his software and his overworked assistant Karen was out of the office. None of these things were brought up until he delayed my bfs return to work, and I am truly disappointed by his response to when we finally did. Do better Dr.Reza, it’s not all about the money. Last thing: don’t get an MRI if he tells you to. You’ll waste your money and he’ll never review it with you. Still waiting to have our CD returned to us, it’s been 2 weeks.
