This place is great because Henna knows what haircut I prefer since I told her that I wanted layered hair, and the color I get is exactly what I want. The place is clean, and the price is reasonable.

This is my first time here and I have to say: I am very impressed. I didnt get my lady's name. She is very nice, fast, and detailed. I showed her the pic of the haircut I want and she remembered the style in like 5s. Really recommend this!

Bottom line, I dislike the result. My hair is damaged now I can't even dye it back to black. I showed a reference photo and was told that it will require at least two bleaching. After the first bleach I could sense that the hairstylist was rushing and wanted to wrap up so she kept on insisting that my hair looked good that I should stop here. It looked gold and brassy I asked for a second bleach. Another stylist joined to help the other and she kept on saying how much she's tired and hungry. I felt awkward and sorry I wanted to leave so bad. I have to take a profile picture but I don't even know how I'm going to do that now with this patchy and awkward colored hair. I ordered a wig. Three stars because I feel bad (shouldn't be. Sigh) for making them bleach my hair twice when she only wanted to once....price for this was a little less than $300.
