I had Hernan and his crew come and do a total renovation of my main floor powder room last month. They had to tear down all drywall to the studs due to water damage and re-hang along with replacing everything from the sink, cabinet toilet etc. They were extremely efficient and quick. They came in on a Saturday and were done by Monday evening. 3 days. I cannot be any more happy with Kaiwasi Construction. I bid this job out to three contractors and Kaiwasi came in by far at the best price. I will definitely be using them in the future. David M.
