Rebecca has been my coach for triathlon for 3 yrs now and nutrition coach for over 5 yrs. I’ve lost 25-30 lbs and kept it off. I completed my 1st full IM just over 5 weeks ago and did better than I had hoped. The best thing is I feel like she really gets me.
