When we considered an addition, after one failed hire we looked around again to try to hire someone on a really tight time schedule and feeling a little burned. We realized once we met Ken that he and his company, Elite Contractors Services, were different. As we explained to him our requirements (building an addition above our carport), he listened to us and actually heard us. He saw the design we'd already paid another company to do and realized that it was completely wrong for us. He grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and on the spot drew a better layout on the fly that was not only a better use of space but also gave us much more of what we wanted.

Ken and team renovated our kitchen in January 2023 and did a fantastic job! We really felt like Ken was our partner during the project. He helped us think through our options, communications were clear and timely, and he and the team were professionals throughout the renovation. Looking forward to working with Elite in the future.
I never thought I would rave about an experience with a contractor, but this company is exceptional. We were looking for someone to renovate the downstairs. From the moment we called Elite, they have been diligent, hard-working, and responsible. And the work is beautiful. They completely reconstructed the walls to create a hallway, closed off and renovated a bedroom, completely renovated and enlarged the bathroom, completely renovated the kitchen, and added two windows.
