My sister and I got a haircut here and it came out pretty good! It was $25 total with wash included, getting your hair dried and styled is extra of course but I didn't mind leaving my hair natural. We didn't have an appointment and just walked in there was only 2 customers so we didn't wait at all. I'm going back for straightening treatment so will update to see how that goes!
Due to my globetrotting life, I've had my hair cut on different continents. Hayadi Salon (and a hairdresser in Paris that I happened to pass by years ago) are hands-down the best hair salon that understands my hair and not just follows some silly trends. Zaid and his team are wonderful. I always left the salon beyond satisfied. Whenever I'm in the area to visit my family, I'd make sure to drop by to get a trim or some coloring. I also love their products and got myself some shampoo to bring back to Switzerland.

Desperately needed a Pixie cut which led me to Hair Zone Salon in Annandale. Michelle meticulously cut my thick hair. She asked questions throughout insuring she delivered the desired look. Honestly, Michelle succeeded. I am thrilled.

I took my 2 kids, ages 13 (girl) and 9 (boy) to this saloon. The service was great. They did exactly what we requested. We had to wait a bit longer than expected but it is understandable on a Friday afternoon, since they looked really busy. Will definitely come back!

Went here on 7/3/24. Got a very solid haircut, not 100% what I asked for but close to it and still didn’t come out crying. (Asked for a Drop Fade, got a Taper, no biggie)Also only paid $22 for the cut so I didn’t expect much. The people were nice and older lady and gentleman, inviting and showed me the bathroom when I asked. My only complaint is the establishment itself, you can tell it’s a bit dated, there’s a funny smell, and they don’t even have a proper POS system with their cash register just on the side of one of the haircut chairs. This place could just use a little investment into updating and cleaning up the place.

This is the best place in Annandale really I traveled to a lot of places, but this nail place hits the spot. They are really good at what they do especially with Nail design. They will always be available to fix any details even dates after at no cost. Wonderful atmosphere very clean which is something that I prefer which is a very organized and clean nail salon which I haven’t been able to find anywhere on this side of town. very efficient and very fast.

Perfect medium almond shape and length I wanted. Very happy with the results. Keep in mind you can pay in card, but also bring cash.

I was looking for a barber I could go to over summer since I had an internship in the area and Hair Unik did not disappoint. The first time I went I had a nice conversation with someone who was Vietnamese. All the staff are super friendly, easy to talk to, and are great at cutting hair. I went again recently and got my hair cut by someone else and was super satisfied with the results, possibly the best haircut I've gotten in a while.
ok, of all my 20 years in this neighborhood, I've never came across a young lady who can handle trendy haircuts. It really is a breath of fresh hair when someone came from recent studies, background and with some updated knowledge of current styles, cutting techniques, etc. Please ask for Jisun! She gave me a new look and looks like I can rely on her to style my porcupine style hair. If you want a more modern/trendy haircuts for cheap but can't find a reliable stylist, she can help you out! 15/10 service as well. Hope you can find an appointment with her because she is already quite booked from word of mouth around the neighborhood. Thanks again and I will try my best to find this person wherever she goes.

Deep cleansing facial was great! Jenny was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She steamed my face, cleansed, massaged it and did her magic with extractions! She even showed me the gunk that came off my face. Afterwards, she put an aloe mask and collagen. My skin was so soft, smooth and glowing!

The plan was to seek out Nicole as I'd read she was, "older (likely 50 years old), but has a slim petite body. " I got there and was greeted by at tall, thin Jennifer and was glad she was the one available / free. The pros are the nice tits, nice ass and the TS was great in that she has a two handed cleansing method that will definitely wake-up junior. While Jennifer has the size and shape I look for, she had a couple of cons: she hadn't shaved so there was a bit more hair than I would've liked, she will initially object to, but eventually agreed to keep the lights on (important for those of us as much into the visual stimulus as the tactile) and she is slow to and doesn't respond when you want a change of position or scenery. I don't know why because her landscape is great. I did meet Nicole on the way out, shorter but appears to be about the same age as Jennifer (mid-40's would be my guess) and I will try to get back there soon to visit her. These two make a good team, a lot like Angels Linda and Anna, in that one is tall with long legs and the other is shorter. One other con is that while both appear to wear skirts they are actually more like the things tennis players wear with shorts beneath. Both these ladies speak perfect English, but I find that the MTs who speak little to no English take direction better because they're looking for cues on what you want them to do. It normally only takes a hand gesture or a tap in the direction you want her to move, but I found Jennifer to be stubborn and intent on doing things her way. 0. 8 for the hour and 1. 0 for the lovely and the saran wrap BJ is great. Play safe.

I had several excellent massages here!! The massage therapist cured of a migraine when meditation failed to help me. She made that migraine DISAPPEAR. It was a miracle because usually my migraines last for DAYS. She's helped me multiple times: I injured my lower back and she helped breathe life back into my stiff back. Helen is her name and I highly recommend her!

Rene and Joel came for an unplanned visit. We started with addressing one faucet and then they helped us resolve multiple faucets, shutoffs and the water pressure which has given us peace of mind and a quieter environment.Rene did not look to upsell, he had fair pricing, answered our questions kindly, professionally and left the working areas clean.
I had a really great experience with JM plumbing! We had a water heater leaking badly and were without hot water for several days while I searched for a plumber that could do the job and install the heat pump style I was looking for. Once I connected with Nick at JM they got me scheduled immediately for the next morning. The crew went above and beyond to leave a super clean install. They even took the extra step to improve on some poor workmanship left by previous contractors on the furnace gas line. Strongly recommended!

So he gave me a very reasonable cost estimate and scheduled a second visit a few days later. The next time he arrived on time and did the job quickly and thoroughly. Very highly recommend GNA. We have hired them twice, for a master bathroom renovation and a kitchen renovation, and both results are exceptional. What really stands out are the crews - our two leads (Mario for the kitchen and Oscar for the bathroom) are detail-oriented craftsman as much as they are construction leads. I can't say enough about how good they are. And when the unexpected happened, Tyler in the office was super quick to lay out options and answer questions. Once they started, they worked long days (and a couple Saturdays) to get to the finish line. We would absolutely hire them again, and plan to.

When we considered an addition, after one failed hire we looked around again to try to hire someone on a really tight time schedule and feeling a little burned. We realized once we met Ken that he and his company, Elite Contractors Services, were different. As we explained to him our requirements (building an addition above our carport), he listened to us and actually heard us. He saw the design we'd already paid another company to do and realized that it was completely wrong for us. He grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and on the spot drew a better layout on the fly that was not only a better use of space but also gave us much more of what we wanted.
When Elite’s estimate for the work came in, it was very competitive compared to the other estimates competing companies gave us. We lucked into a situation where our first choice was actually a great deal too. And once Elite started the job, they exceeded our expectations. They were efficient, always kind, very professional and really made an effort to make the construction as low of a disruption as possible.
On the planning side, Elite was with us every step of the way to offer advice, suggestions and even purchase bathroom fixtures for us. They even once met us at a tile store to walk through some options in person. Ana and Maria were thorough, helpful and never pressured us to make any decision before we were ready. Any large-scale construction involves having to make a ton of decisions, and we really appreciated and relied on their support during the project.
As for the construction itself, Ole and the team didn’t just do great work; they always met us with a smile, explained thoroughly when any problems came up and their suggested solutions for it, and also managed to finish the job much earlier than they’d projected and on budget. We ended up with a beautiful new bathroom, a great renovated bathroom, more storage and two brand new bedrooms in an amazingly short amount of time. And the addition from the outside actually looks like it fits the rest of the house too, which doesn't always happen.
So to quickly review, Elite performed the seemingly impossible task of delivering a large-scale construction project on budget, ahead of schedule AND without ever making us feel rushed while accommodating every special request that we had for them. If that isn’t Elite, I don’t know what it is.
We want to thank everyone at Elite for everything they did to turn a drawing that Ken drew up on the fly into a much more functional house for us in an incredibly short period of time. (And sure enough, the house ended up looking just like the original drawing too.)

We had a great experience during the initial appointment with Larrel- he was incredibly detailed during the planning and measurement process, and Kirsten made the showroom design appointment a breeze- we were able to select all of our materials and designs in one 90 minute session. There was a miscommunication in regard to their policy, but the sales director reached out personally to provide a resolution we were happy with.

I have been seeing Dr. Moon for about 9 months, he is an amazing, caring and extremely committed doctor, who believes in a holistic approach to healthy aging. My family and friends have noticed significant improvement in my posture, and as a ballroom dancer, my balance and flexibility -- and therefore my performance -- has increased to the point where I plan to compete again. He has also addressed serious issues with my knees and I do not take pain meds anymore. His office manager, Mina, is very kind and sweet to everyone and stays on top of his schedule! I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Yen my acupuncturist. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me with back issues that I have had for 5 years. I have severe stenosis in my lower and upper back. I have had cortisone 8 shots, none of it has helped. For the first time in 5 years I am able to walk down stairs with alternating feet. She listens to what you say and treats the whole patient. I have recommended her to several friends two of them are now seeing her on a regular bases. I went to Positively Chiropractors for chiropractor care that was great! I still see Dr. Min as well who is great. I am so glad that Positively Chiropractic sees the benefit of acupuncture treatments and alternative treatments. Dr. Yen and her treatments have helped me tremendously if you have considered acupuncture and wondered if it works it does with the highly qualified(she has many degrees and certifications ) Dr. Yen. It is worth the money and time. The office staff is lovely and very professional.

Both these ladies speak perfect English, but I find that the MTs who speak little to no English take direction better because they're looking for cues on what you want them to do. It normally only takes a hand gesture or a tap in the direction you want her to move, but I found Jennifer to be stubborn and intent on doing things her way. 0. 8 for the hour and 1. 0 for the lovely and the saran wrap BJ is great. Play safe.

This place was hard to find. Just like any other massage place. The Korean couple there did the massage to different people in the same room. The male did not speak English. No extra conveniences were provided. No seat adjustments offered. They made it mandatory to tip, which to me was redundant since I am directly paying for their service.
Location is great and with plenty of parking. Facility is nice and clean. The staff are nice and friendly. Joel is great! I actually saw him many years ago in DC and was so excited when I saw him here again.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lisa Fisher for many years. I am 81 years old and have multiple issues. Lisa applies here vast knowledge and skill to each and, though I have mobility issues, has helped me remain active and relatively pain free. She works well with referring health professionals to maximise the effectiveness of treatment. Her “homework” is targeted and effective.

I had several sessions of Aqua PT interspersed with required land evaluations and therapy. After 16 sessions I feel better and have learned so much about how my muscles work and what I need to do.

Master of the craft. Fibromyalgia is just so painful that it's like waking up from a car crash daily. Since I've gone here, I'm able to move again. I am up to .75 of a mile walking. It's not an overnight method for what I have, but they knew how to spread out my appointments, what I need to do at home to help me move more, etc. I am a forever customer. I've been seeing Dr. Julia for about 6 years on and off for pain management. She's very attentive. The office is very clean and her staff is friendly. I strongly recommend her!
Any pain on your body. Dr. Kim is great only not too much English speaking but his assistant she is fluently speaking. I have pain due to car accident and knee pain with the treatments and Accupucture procedures. I feel alot better than before. So if you have any pains just checking out this office.
Dr. Shao eradicated severe neck pain from radiculopathy. He also eliminated chronic pain from sports injuries. He is masterful.
Hanil Oriental Clinic is the first place I ever received acupuncture. It was surprisingly not painful at all. If anything, it was super relaxing and relieving on my whole body. I actually fell asleep during the session with how much tension left my body. Dr. Yeon and Mrs. Yeon are amazing and so caring for everyone. Nobody is just a patient, but rather a person they are seeking to help. They are very thorough in their care and make sure my whole experience has been pleasant. If you are on the fence about acupuncture in general or looking for a new place, 10/10 recommend trying here. They also specialize in medicine and a specific type of massage that's similar to the effects of acupuncture -- a very rare care form that you really won't find in the states. You'll feel like family at this family business.
Dr. Cho and Mrs. Cho are the best. Whenever I have some kind of muscle pain, he fixes me right up. As others have mentioned his bedside manner is fantastic. He genuinely cares for your wellbeing and will take the time to explain how to prevent future discomfort.
Giving Paul 5 stars. He is very professed with his accupuncture. One barely feels the needles! His schedule is flexible and he shows a true desire to work with you on your health-related issue. I highly recommend Paul for accupuncture services!
I went to Kim's Acupuncture several times. I sprained my ankle and the acupuncture made such a difference. I was in so much pain, but after the acupuncture it truly helped me. I was able to walk around. Soon after I could run too. If you're looking for someone that will get to the point and get the job done then he's your man. I would highly recommend him to everyone!
