Dr Heitzman is one of the most compassionate veterinarians I have ever met, and the entire team clearly cares deeply about their patients. Kathy and Tori at the front desk were wonderful, thoughtful, and supportive during a very stressful time.
My cat is now healthy and happy, and I am so grateful for the care we received. Even though this clinic is a 30 minute drive for me, I will continue bringing my pets here. Highly recommend.
The vet and veterinary assistant I worked with were warm and friendly with me and my cat. The doc explained kitty’s issues in detail because I was interested in the cause as well as treatment.
Countryside Veterinary Center has been nothing short of incredible for my family and my dogs. I have eight dogs, seven of whom have special needs, and the level of care, patience, and compassion they consistently show is truly exceptional.
They work with me constantly - coordinating appointments around my complicated schedule, helping me get multiple dogs seen efficiently, and never making me feel rushed or like a burden (which, let’s be honest, eight dogs absolutely could be!).
