I called with some water damage in my home. They initially set to accommodate me after hours with a service visit to my house as late as 10 PM. After asking me to walk them through what had occurred, and what damage was visible, the tech on the phone explained that what I described would simply require sheet rock repair and not the exhaustive repairs that this company handles. He specifically noted that he did not want to charge me. The amount required for what sounded like a minor repair. His honesty and integrity was unmatched and saved me a lot of money. For their honesty alone, I 100% recommend these folks to anyone who needs their services.
I had a major leak in my single-family home on Veterans Day 2021. As soon as my tenants reached out to me this day about the water sipping out of the floors in all of the house I contacted water damage restoration APS. As soon as the morning after Sam and his team came out to the property and got started with the work immediately. They handled everything very professionally and with care. They are competent and experienced in terms of water mitigation and the rebuild part. They instantly ripped out the floors and there was about an inch of water sitting on the floor throughout the entire house. They put in the big commercial fans to first and foremost start drying the house and minimize any risk of mold. This was the first time I had to deal with a homeowners insurance claim. Sam was extremely helpful in guiding me on how to file a claim and what to expect with this part of the process. He was always available on the phone/text or email. They also connect directly with the insurance company and inspection company. Water Damage America APS is highly competent and I would absolutely recommend them if you ever have a situation at your house where you are in need of water mitigation urgently. They understand that time is of the essence and they understand that there are frustrated people (homeowners, tenants etc) involved. They handle all of this very delicately and professionally.
My water heater leaked and flooded the whole dining room and part of the living room and closets. I am glad I found a local water damage restoration company that were responsive and quickly started the process. Sam explained how they are working with the insurance company and take care of A to Z and everything went well as was explained. The techs were professional and polite. They removed the wet floor and dried out the walls and the cabinets. The drying equipment were running for few days and they start the renovation right after they made sure everything is dry. We have new cabinets and floor and the kitchen and living room is newly painted. They worked closely with my adjuster to address all their concern. I will use the gain if I ever need any emergency flood services.
