If I could put 0 stars I would. I arrived at 11:55AM for my 12PM appointment as a NEW PATIENT and waited over an hour..asked twice for an update as I am working and I was told the doctor would be with me soon both times. She never came. I could hear the doctor in the next room with another patient when I was told I was "up next" As a new patient you would expect more professionalism on their part. Disappointing. Would not recommend. I walked out after waiting over an hour at 1:05Pm.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not go here. The call center told me I have Monkeypox due to my poison ivy rash. They told me "you most likely have Monkeypox." I explained I have no other symptoms that align with Monkeypox, but I understood I have to be tested. They called me several times explaining I would be tested, but I would still be seen by the doctor via a tele appointment. I arrive for my appointment, and they refused to see me because I am a "liability." So I didn't get the treatment I need for my poison ivy nor did I get tested for Monkeypox even though I was told several times by the call center that I would be tested. This clinic is NOT prepared to test and treat Monkeypox, which is very concerning. Anyone should assume if they have any rash, these clinics will refuse to test and treat them. Have they learned NOTHING from COVID? Terrible experience that shows how incompetent and ill-prepared they are to treat people.

This place claims it is an urgent care, but then they bill your insurance as if they were your primary care doctor. I didn't even get decent care, no tests, or anything. Just here are some drug prescriptions, I hope you feel better. I called to discuss the issue of being billed higher than an urgent care and they said they aren't. So they said it themselves that they are not what they claim to be, complete scam of a place. Don't go here.
