I would like to give a Shout Out to the very fine technician from TJ Fannon who came to our home on Fairview Drive this week. He was able to solve an issue with our very old cast iron radiators. Seems TJFannon is one of the few companies left who service radiators. He fixed the problem by getting up in our attic and bleeding lots of air and water from the system. Thank you So Much!
I just wanted to share an experience we had with TJ Fannon last week.
Late one evening we noticed that the blower for the air conditioning was not working. early the next morning I called for a service appointment. Since it was the middle of August I expected that, at best, they might make it out later that day. They were at my house by 8:30 AM, WOW!.
They verified that the blower needed to be replaced but doubted they had one in stock but they would double check. They had one in stock and were back to my house and had it installed by 12 noon. Amazing!
We have been Fannon customers for over 40 years and have never been disappointed.

Fannon has been the only company who has ever managed to actually repair issues with our heating system. We have a dual zoned boiler with water baseboard heat which is not common for the area. Several other companies have abandoned mid fix because they couldn't figure it out and never come back. They are the only company that will work through the actual problem.
