The bar was set high! My first time getting braids and not only was the service outstanding, she answered all my questions, knowledgeable about protecting your hair and hair growth, educated me on the history of the braids (Fulani) I was getting and also provided best tips for maintaining my braids! Right off the jump, I had a good feeling about making my first appointment at The Loft as Charmaine was very responsive and deliberate in accommodating me when my usual hair person was out of town. She literally hooked me up with a style exactly like how I envisioned. She is also super knowledgeable about hair care and has her own natural products. She had my crown looking right, and would do the same for you!
