I was able to secure a VIP appt for Sunday for my niece. When I got there the ladies were very pleasant. There was no wait and Olivia (the stylist my Appt was with) immediately took her back. My niece was getting the Iverson braids but up style with a ponytail which was an extra $10 which I didnt mind paying. She was there for about an hour and a half. Olivia did an excellent job and it came out beautiful. Although one thing I could say is make sure the braids arent too tight for the kiddos. My niece said the braids in the back were a bit tight which looking at I can tell are painful a bit but otherwise everything was great.

My loctician Yvette Scott used this product NO MORE TENDER HEAD on my hair at my last reti..... What a difference it made. My scalp LOVES IT..... No more sensitive spots and I did not feel any soreness after the reti. Yvette Scott is very careful and gentle but us tenderheaded ladies know... there are certain areas that still hurt.... I did not feel anything after she used the NO MORE TENDER HEADS product. I will be purchasing for use on my daughters hair! THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT!! No More Tender Heads is amazing! Ms. Charlotte uses it on my daughter (12) when she does her retie and NO crying etc! So I decided to try it on my other daughter (12) when I do her braids. As you know when doing braids in individuals you NEED to detangle! UGH! This part has always been a nightmare and left me feeling like a horrible mom and her crying never wanting to get braids again! Well, we started using NMTH and NO crying and NO tears! She loves getting her braids done and even commented after this last session, "mom that didn't even hurt!". Team win!!! Thanks Ms. Charlotte for caring so much about others and providing such an amazing product! We love you!!
