Patrick was wonderful and he really saved the day when my computer crashed. He was very responsive, advised me on which new laptop to purchase and had the data transferred from my old computer to new one in 24 hours - during the weekend no less! I will keep his contact information handy for all my future tech needs.

Patrick was great! He was very nice and was able to help my grandmother get her computer set up. I live 10 hours away so I unfortunately wasn't able to help her. As someone who also works in IT, I can confirm that Patrick is very knowledgeable. He made her feel very comfortable while he was helping her.
