Nadine was pleasant, caring, and professional. And she is great at her job! My hair looks wonderful and I feel refreshed, which is what I wanted.
A side note, everyone at the salon was very warm and welcoming, beyond the standard polite-friendly-helpful customer service that might be expected. As someone who used to consult teams on customer satisfaction, I experienced above-and-beyond service that usually means employees are happy and enjoy what they do.
This was my first visit with Stylists At North. Nadine is talented, professional and attentive. She listened and heard all my suggestions, questions and requests. She treated me with respect and made especially sure that I was happy with my style and color. Nadine really took her time. I never felt rushed. I haven't had much luck with stylists that can do short hair styles. Nadine seems to be able to do any length, and well. She cut another clients hair while my toner was processing. She did an excellent job with long hair too. I hightly recommend her.

This was my first visit with Nadine and at Stylists at North. I had experienced several disappointing previous stylists and was excited but a little nervous about my visit. My experience and expectations were beyond exceeded. I was greeted by a lovely woman who was so gracious and made me comfortable instantly. Nadine took a significant amount of time to listen to what I did not like about my current color and style and what I did want, my overall hair goals and looked carefully and my inspiration pictures throughout the process.
