This review is an update to my previous one-star review. I had some major issues rescheduling my massage due to technical difficulties with Spirit's system, and I had an even worse experience with the business's customer service rep. However, by eventually getting ahold of Melvin, I was able to reschedule my appointment and have him fix the scheduling system error.
In terms of the actual massage, Melvin did a wonderful job! He was polite, attentive, and most of all extremely knowledgeable about human musculature. He was a master at identifying tight muscles and releasing them. If you prefer to talk during massages, Melvin is knowledgeable... read full review
Melvin is the best in the entire world, bar none!!! I’ve had massages all over the area, all over VA, all over the country, all over the world and I have NEVER had such an amazing massage in all of my 56 years…and I’ve had hundreds!!! He is 100 stars out of 5!
Really good massage place. They first patiently try to understand the issue if you have any and what you are looking to get out of the massage. Then accordingly they focus on that and the outcome is really good. Definitely highly recommended!!
