I switched to South Valley Cleaners during the pandemic since my old dry cleaners was near my office (that I wasn't going into regularly.) Consistently, clothes are not ready on time, so I've had to return multiple times to pick up my full order. Recently I went to pick up and the place was locked up tight. I called repeatedly over the course of several days. No answer. No voice mail. No sign on the door explaining what was going on. I feared they'd gone out of business and I'd never get my clothes back. Emailed the owners through their website. No response. When I finally found them open again, the store employee told me they had been closed for some construction in the back. I guess it never occurred to anyone to put a sign on the door? They obviously don't care. The final straw is that I had to go twice to pick up my full order (only half was ready 2 days after the date listed on my ticket) so I had to return to pick up the rest after I returned from my trip. At that time, I was told they had lost a pair of my pants. (Just happened to be my favorite pair, and expensive!) I have gone back twice now and still only got a "we haven't found them yet." It's been weeks now. I had to demand an email so I could reach out to the owner and/or manager (who I was told the first time were out of the country for several weeks, and today was told they're only in on Sundays but she didn't know what time.) The management responded to my email (woo hoo!) that my pants were lost because another customer picked them up by mistake. Hmmmm... it's not the customer's fault that you GAVE them the wrong item. I'm done with them. Their service is horrible on so many levels. I recommend you find somewhere else that cares to take your dry cleaning. I know I will.

This business is dreadful. No Customer service to speak of, unreliable and unreachable .since the original owners sold the business it’s really gone down hill. After almost 30 years I will go elsewhere.

Since the original owners sold the business, the quality has gone slalom to the bottom of the hill! The attitude of the person tending the store is miserable, WHEN someone is actually there... if the store is open - that's hit or miss, never an indication as to why they are not open , though the hours of business are clearly posted and my clothes do not smell clean. I often wonder if they are actually cleaned at all or just pressed to look clean. No one ever answers the phone and their website, though it offers an option to leave feedback, no one ever responds other than sending a an automated text. The services have also gone up in price by $2- $3 an item. This is the third day in a row I have attempted to retrieve my clothing, unsuccessfully! While here (I'm in my car writing this) in the last five minutes or so, I have seen at least 6-7 people customers walk away , also unable to do what they drove here needlessly, to do. It may be convenient, but it certainly is not worth the time.
