I couldn’t be happier with Rust as a company or Mandel as PM. They took on my “little” job of a tiny powder room on the main level of a 1940 row home. While smaller scope than most of their projects, they approached it with the same professionalism and serious management that one would expect from a major renovation. There were some quite challenging plumbing and structural aspects to putting the PR where none was before/not near any existing plumbing lines in the home, and adhering to code with creative ingenuity. Kimhy, the principal carpenter for our project with Rust Construction, has done an extraordinary job on our deck. He not only built a sturdy, safe deck but also made the deck look aesthetically pleasing (most important for me). I wish I could give him 6+ stars, but he certainly deserves all 5 stars.

I hired Rust to tear down a wall (expanding a kitchen, remodel the kitchen, & remodel a bathroom. The entire Rust team was terrific to work with. Sam was timely in providing an estimate for the work (and we very much stayed within the budget), Tom was helpful in arranging design, Gyana made coordinating material orders organized & easy. And above all else- Mandal was my perfect partner as project manager of the remodel. Mandal checked in with me via text when he had questions & we were able to resolve issues over text or on our once a week in-person construction progress meetings.
