I worked with Dan Stone at this office, and made a huge mistake of letting him become my tenant from 2019 - 2020. He ruined my rental condo! It was completely trashed after he moved out, and he didn't even let me know an inspection when he moved out and before letting new tenants in. Neither Dan Stone nor his broker provided me with a move-out or move-in inspection. The only person at the office who was ever helpful was Colleen LeClair.

Worked with an agent here who helped me buy a house. Unfortunately, I also used their loan officer and they were unable to get both parties that bought the home on the mortgage. I don’t recommend using them. Find someone that looks out for you and your best interest.

Phil was hands-down the number one reason why our first home buying experience was so smooth and stress free. Phil brings an incredible amount of knowledge and experience that really helped us put forth a winning offer in this crazy market. He offers very helpful insights while seeing homes and is very flexible and fast to respond (very important when homes are only in the market for a couple days). He has the perfect balance between being witty and easy going yet getting down to business which I think was helpful with keeping us on track and being the communicator with the sellers and the sellers' agent. I will seriously recommend Phil to family, friends, coworkers, literally anyone who even breathes that they are looking to buy/sell.
