Not only is Brauna incredibly knowledgeable about pelvic floor dysfunction, but she also made me feel completely comfortable discussing a topic that can be awkward. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and she prescribed a wide variety of exercises tailored to my specific situation that have made a world of difference.
