Penelope's vanity

I’ve been seeing Selam at Penelope’s Vanity for a while. She does an excellent job at cutting my long hair and she’s always accommodating to my requests. The shop is cute, has good vibes, and is in a convenient location in Old Town Alexandria. Sometimes the parking is a challenge but I’ve never had to park more than a block or so away. All in all, always a great experience.
