Went to another Nissan dealer in fredericksburg, they were not very helpful, so decided to make the drive to Passport Nissan where we have always had great sales a service and again they came through, we will now make the drive from Fredericksburg to Passport Nissan everytime our Nissan needs service
This was my first time getting service done here at Passport Nissan. I was in bit of a pinch and had made an appointment with the dealership where I bought my vehicle, but they were sold to a buyer that no longer serviced Nissan vehicles and my appointment was canceled. I found Passport on Google and looked at the reviews, which were great, so I made an appointment. Everyone was so nice, from the young lady that took my call to make the appointment, to the actual service and follow up call to see how it went. They were fast and I didn’t have to wait long. I will definitely be back.
Great service and great customer service! Travon Berry was great, and the service manager was extremely candid and helpful in the process from bringing it in to driving away. Highly recommend for those with a problem!
