Passport Nissan of Alexandria is the best! I was told at a previous MD Nissan that I did not have a warranty. Walter from Passport looked it up and explained I do have a warranty, which saved me quite a bit of money. I needed multiple repairs and my windshield replaced on my Kicks. Walter explained all work needed without pushing me to do anything that wasn’t needed. He also arranged for Champion Autoglass to replace my windshield at the dealership while the rest of the work was being done on my car.
