I never write reviews but I just had the most amazing time here today with the staff member Victor was a ray of sunshine and so amazing!!! Actually just made my day, love this place
The people here are always pleasant to deal with but today the service was impeccable due to Victor! He explained options that I never knew I had. Not to mention he explained what to do when I feel like my tan has plateaued! Amazon experience and I hope to see him more often. His energy was such a pleasant start to my day. Thank you Victor!
Long review ahead.... Well everyone I've encountered here is so nice and helpful. However, Kirsten is literally amazing, GIVE her a RAISE! I had SO MANY questions about the membership plans, deals, discount info, and etc. A good 30 min at least she helped me answering all of my questions and often needing to repeat. When customers came in I told her I had another question (several times) and would wait until she finished checking someone in. My brain just wasn't processing anything, but each time she kept reassuring me it was no problem. I also have to wear hearing aids and Kirsten and the other staff have always been so kind and I've yet to see anyone... read full review
