I first called because the handle on microwave broke off and the dryer stopped working. Ben came that same day. While here, he kindly dislodged a shelf in the fridge that was stuck and opened up the rubber cover of the garbage disposal for better drainage—all with no charge. He installed a fan in the dryer, but it turned out also to need a new motor. He ordered the motor and microwave handle and came back 3 working days later to finish these tasks. The price was reasonable. Because he had to come out twice for the dryer, he did not charge labor the second time. I have a 23 yo GE Profile Monogram bottom freezer refrigerator that has given me problems with ice collecting in the bottom of the freezer and causing a built-up of ice for years. Numerous repair companies have attempted to make the repair saying it was the gasket that needed replacing, or the water line is clogged. I was at the point of preparing to buy new refrigerator.
Finally when Moa with OSAR came the problem was resolved. He replaced the compressor and installed a new gasket which had been incorrectly installed by a previous company. He told me, no need to buy a new refrigerator this one will last for awhile.
