He was quick to respond and communicate throughout the process. It was easy to schedule the free of charge at home rug pick up. And my rugs were cleaned much faster than I thought they would be. But more importantly, Omar was knowledgeable about rugs and provided helpful information about how they would clean them and how I can take care of them going forward.
