I am a patient in the neighborhood with Doctor Jaqueline. But they always send me medicine to the South County clinic. But the attitude of the pharmacy lady is disastrous, spoiled and not even good at saying good morning! and he speaks to you without respect, it seems like he is not paid and is there for free. I don't understand if they don't want to deal with people looking for another job... their attitude is not that of a friendly person and I'm not the only one who thinks this. I wish to appreciate my Doctor Colette Knudsen , for her patience and understanding. She is a very good listener& gentle . She understands that am an African & accept me with my accent. She shows concerns and ready to explain things to my understanding. I feel very comfortable with her and trust her advice on my well-being. I use this medium to say A BIG THANK YOU TO HER . So also ALL their front Desks Staffs, the Lab ladies ,other Nurses & staffs alike @ 8350, Richmond Highway Alexandria . They are all friendly . I LOVE YOU ALL.
