The billing is where I have a problem. I was billed incorrectly for completing a contact fitting, even though I specifically called this out and the representative at the store explained the line item away as being necessary. I doubted this and followed up online and they refunded me.
Just now (2 months later) got another big bill via text message that doesn’t make sense. The bill isn’t itemized and comes with no explanation.

Unprofessional experience this AM. The staff arrived late and didn’t apologize or acknowledge me waiting for them. Not one of the staff members had ever met each other…Strange. Left after waiting almost 30 minutes despite being the only patient in the office as I had other appointments to attend to. As a medical provider, I don’t normally care about waiting since I understand things happen. However, as I was the first patient, my wait was due to them not being prepared. Would not recommend or return.

Buy an expensive pair of luxury glasses/sunglasses and they are always "out of the case." Instead you receive a generic cheap case. Part of the luxury experience is having a nice case. If you are not going to provide it then reduce your price.
