Unprofessional experience this AM. The staff arrived late and didn’t apologize or acknowledge me waiting for them. Not one of the staff members had ever met each other…Strange. Left after waiting almost 30 minutes despite being the only patient in the office as I had other appointments to attend to. As a medical provider, I don’t normally care about waiting since I understand things happen. However, as I was the first patient, my wait was due to them not being prepared. Would not recommend or return.

Buy an expensive pair of luxury glasses/sunglasses and they are always "out of the case." Instead you receive a generic cheap case. Part of the luxury experience is having a nice case. If you are not going to provide it then reduce your price.

Based on the hours posted on the front of the store and online (opens at 9am on Saturdays), I showed up at 9:40am on a Saturday morning, expecting the store to be open. I waited for 10 minutes with another customer and the store was dark and front door locked. We tried calling corporate to speak to someone but weren't able to connect. I was really disappointed and needed to try to go to another location.
