I have a 24ish year old Maytag washing machine that was making the craziest noise during spin cycle. Sam came out and knew exactly what it was. He looked at my old dryer and saw no issues. We debated on whether I should buy something new, and he was super honest with me. I decided to repair it. Ordered the part, which came within days. He fixed the issue no problem. Gave me some great advice on how to keep it running. Really nice guy- my dog was so comfortable with him that he ate in his presence. If you have a dog- you know this says a lot about a person. Highly recommend! Great experience.
Binny- their fridge expert - was top notch: call 30 minutes ahead of time, arrived early, and diagnosed the problem. Clogged condensate line. Problem solved. I’ve been looking around for a competent appliance repair service, and these folks know what they are doing.
The technician, Qiyas, went above and beyond. He replaced the touch panel but my dishwasher still wasn’t working. I thought I would have to get a new dishwasher but he persevered and figured out that it was an electrical problem that caused the touch pad to burn out. The dishwasher worked when he rerouted the electricity to a wall outlet. Saved me a lit of money.
