We had an electrical issue that I could not fix. Kolb Electric responded promptly to us on a Sunday morning, assigned us a technician, and that technician resolved the issue within two hours.The technician, Sean, was very thorough, polite, and knowledgeable.All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend Kolb Electric, and Sean for any emergency electrical issues.

Had a surge protector catch fire .. Keenan from Kolb came out within the hour and correctly diagnosed a lost neutral wire at the transformer. He patiently explained what was going on and that he could come back after necessary work from Dominion Power. Kevin was a extremely helpful with scheduling visits.Isodorio came back after Dominion repaired service line and replaced fried outlets and repaired circuits, he was terrific, and very friendly.Highly recommend KolbServices: Electrical inspections

At 5:45 pm, there was a loud pop and we smelled smoke in the basement coming from the panel box. We turned it off and called Kolb. Gerber came out about two hours later and told us we would need to replace the panel. He gave us the name and number of his manager and told us if we hadn't heard back by 9am, to call to ensure we were on the schedule as we didn't have electricity at all. The following day Gerber and Izzy arrived at my home and did a spectacular job replacing the panel, vacuuming up the mess AND FILLING IN THE DRYWALL.
