I just moved to the area and was looking for a new gyn and PCP to establish care. I had a wonderful first appointment with my new gyn Dr. Whyte and look forward to continuing as her patient.
However, my first appointment experience attempting to see the PCP, Dr. Kulkarni, was not good and really upset me. I arrive for appointment that morning and unbeknownst to me my appointment was cancelled. I didn’t a receive a phone call nor a text message. Later when I logged into my account online, I saw an automated message regarding the cancellation. Why not send a more direct form of communication if you’re cancelling an appointment? Dr. Joshi Fatima and Berto are very professional. They have good bedside manners. Fatima is funny she makes me laugh. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to Kaiser. Thank you.
I just had to write a review about my experience with Michael Parker (a Clinical Pharmacist) who works with my doctor at the Alexandria, VA location. First off 5 stars is NOT enough, I wish I could give him 10 stars! Due to some out of range numbers on my most recent bloodwork, Michael called to followup on my lab results. The phone call was suppose to be only 15 minutes (because he had a list of other patients to call) but 1.5 hours later we were still going over all my medications, medical history and what changes I need to get my ranges back normal.
