We had a serious miscommunication regarding the spaying procedure of my puppy but I was impressed and appreciative of their professionalism in handling this situation to my satisfaction. I think we all learned something from it.
The vet tech has been very understanding in changing the dates of visit because of the difficulty in getting Star in a carrier. The vet has kept me up to date on Star's condition because she is a semi feral cat who had given birth to kittens at five months old and needs to be acclimated to living indoors at the estimated age of one.
Overall, a fair vet to take dogs and cats too. I believe they even take some small exotics but would double check that. They have a donation table to give and take as you wish. They offer complimentary water. I believe they no longer offer third party pharmacy support, and they do accept payment plans. There are a number of staff members but always seem fully booked. It's not hard to get a timely appointment though. It is sometimes difficult to get a response by phone, text, or email but eventually you can always get through.
