Their grooming services are the best around! my long haired cat always feels so much better after getting a plush trim. Their groomer Jackie takes such good care of my Moses - all the staff does really! When I came to pick him up last time, he was finished before I arrived so they put his carrier in front of monitor showing bird TV so he had something to occupy him. It's just details like that which show how much they care about cats. Their space is immaculately clean, the staff is friendly & accommodating - I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are.

I was looking for a new boarding facility for our two fur babies and after reading the reviews and speaking with Happy Cat, we decided to board our two young cats for a week and a half. I am always super anxious when we have to board our cats, but Happy Cat did such an amazing job that I didn't have to worry at all. When we dropped our cats off, they let us take them back to their room and get them settled. The staff did not rush us and allowed us time to make sure our cats felt comfortable before we left. I brought my grandcat, Ishka, to Happy Cat for grooming. She is a hairless cat and tends to get very oily and dirty. Ishka was understandably nervous about her first professional grooming experience. There was hissing and screaming but Jackie and another lovely groomer managed to get her nails trimmed, ears cleaned, and body and face washed. I appreciate their patience and kindness so much.
I am taking care of Ishka for a year while my daughter is in Japan. I I have signed up for the grooming club at Happy Cat so Ishka will hopefully get accustomed to regular grooming and be a happy customer.
