Great cut, clean shop, the barber/owner made an effort to remember my name from the first contact on. He only gave me his card at that time and when I called 2 weeks later to make an appointment, he remembered my name. I'm impressed. We had a good conversation and I felt at ease. He needs to update his prize chart though. The cut was $35 plus Tipp and not the $30 as displayed. No rinse, no extras and I hope he is not getting higher. $35 is my threshold. The employee/assistant should not talk that much private stuff with him when he is with a client. I'm happy to have found a good barber. it took me 2 1/2 years

My barber is Eric of Hands In Motion II and of all the years I have been getting my hair cut, I regret not having Eric cut my hair. He takes approximately 45 minutes to maintain my hair style, through his cutting routines. My hair has four distinct growth patterns. The right and left sides have opposite growth patterns. The back of my head has two different growth patterns. The top of my head, the crown area, has a distinct growing pattern. As a result Eric is able to consistently maintain my hairstyle by cutting my hair per the recognizable growth patterns. I tip him $20 because I want to show my appreciation for his professionalism, his consistent manner week after week in maintaining my hair style, and is personable manner that he extends to his client in his chair, as well as, the clients walking through the door. In life if you have God, a good church, a fantastic woman, and a good barber then you are ahead of the game. I have God, I have a good church, I have a exhilarating sista as a partner, and I have Eric at Hands In Motion II as my barber. Once Eric cuts your hair, once you experience the experience of sitting in his chair, you will not only have your barber for life ...... you too will be writing a similar review.

I don’t have an gmail account, so I hacked my husband’s, just so I could write this review. ????I have been coming to this shop, started out Hands In Motion for over 20+years. The Staff there are very personable, professional plus very friendly and easy to talk to. The services that I receive are hands down, the BEST. I tend to be her “problem client” because I’m a mess but Ms Gwen always is very patient with me, even though i get on her last nerves. I wouldn’t trade the Shop NOT for one other place in the world. Thank you all for being in my life and making me look and feel
