Great experience! I called regarding a hard drive error on my laptop. They promptly picked it up from my house, assessed it and had an estimate to me in a couple of hours. Unfortunately the hard drive was toast (which I expected) but they replaced it with a new one and had it back to me the next day, all for a very good price. It now works better than ever.

I was in town for a training event and had an internal power issue on my laptop. Mike and his team quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired the component, and returned the laptop in great working order. Great communication and service. Laptop repair was performed on 24 March 2023.
