I had excellent highlights put in by Carmen. She was going to just do a partial since the lower half of my hair was still pretty blonde but her boss came by and whispered something in her ear, and next thing I know I'm getting a full head of highlights when it would have been better to stick to partial so now the bottom half of my hair is really overprocessed. Total was a lot more than I expected -- $100 more than I've ever paid for highlights. However, Carmen is great for getting beautiful highlights. I have very curly hair and Carmen designed a perfect cut that made the most of my waves. Her blend of 2 hair colors created a shade that was very complementary to my skin. Thank you for everything, Carmen!
