James and his team are great. They are willing to take the time to understand the problem and will work to make sure you understand what is going on with your car. While Michael (who left the one one star) complained cause FHSC is busy, there is a reason why FHSC is busy. It is because they are ethical people who do good work. They are worth the wait. I highly recommend folks check out the FHSC.

Another local service place was not very helpful. They said they would need to order a part but made an appointment. 3 days later they still did not have the part. (A common $0.10 part available at most auto parts stores.) FHSC said, "Sure, no problem!" They had the problem fixed the next day with no muss, no fuss. Price was a little less than the dealer service price. But, the convenience was great! I could walk there if necessary.

I highly recommend James Shackelford and his Fort Hunt Service Center for excellent service for foreign and domestic cars. Their prices are very fair and their work is completed quickly.
