This service center was recommended to me since I am fairly new to the area. I have used it a few times and have been very satisfied each time . Mr. Shackleford (the owner) has always been available for consultation regarding the service needed to repair my (17 1/2 years old!) car. He has always been patient and pleasant as I described the car problem. He assigns an available date/time for the service and it has always been done when promised and the car problem is fixed. Being very close by is an added bonus for me!I hesitate to recommend this service center ONLY BECAUSE it is so popular already, the waitlist to get work done there may be even longer!!
James repaired my gas line problem & did a good job. His staff was courteous when I paid & picked up my car. His prices were fair too & his shop is clean & accessible. I'm glad he's selling gas there also. James really knows cars!
I ran over a nail and drove around the corner from my house to the Fort Hunt Service Center with a very flat tire. I told James I had to pick my daughter up from school. He plugged my tire on the spot for a very reasonable price. Thank you for your help!
