Hassan is amazing. He is personable and kind. He remembers his clients. For example I purchased carpet and installation from him in 2021. It was an very reasonable price and the installation was quick and efficient. At that time I mentioned how much I liked the rug hanging in the wall behind his desk. Fast forward 3 years and my husband and I are discussing new floors. We call Hassan and he remembers my name and that I was getting married and that I loved the rug! Three years later! That being said we bought the rug and one other and will be purchasing flooring from him as well. Really this company is remarkable. Hassan is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. His carpet installers showed up today on-time and began installation. I had a few questions which Oscar answered pleasantly and completely. This is the 4th time we have worked with Hassan at Five Star Flooring. And this time, again, we are pleased with the experience, the pricing, the work and the finished carpet installation. If you are doing flooring or carpet work, be sure to get a quote from Hassan.

Five Star Flooring definitely met and exceeded our expectations! Recently had basement installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring installed and it's beautiful. Hassan's customer service exceeded 5 stars should be called 10 Star Flooring. Install crew was outstanding. Very happy from beginning to end with this project!
