I had Reza and Ardy do a total reno my 1980s-era kitchen in 2019. They did a great job, and the price was reasonable (that was pre-inflation of course!). It was a big job, total gut to the bare walls and subfloor, plus some plumbing work to replace an original cast iron drain pipe that was very clogged, and a little work in basement bathroom. Reza came and measured everything carefully and gave a detailed design and estimate, and worked with me on changes. I have been using Reza for flooring projects for over 20 years now. He carpeted my office on Duke Street, he carpeted my sunroom on Washington Road, he carpeted a duplex I owned on Farmington Road, and even carpeted my motorhome (!!) and did a great job at a great price.The sign of an honest merchant is when they suggest things that do not profit them. For example, on Farmington Road, when we bought the property, there was newer carpet that was all wrinkled up. I was going to replace it but Reza said he could re-stretch it and remove the wrinkles, which he did and it looked great. A lesser merchant would have simply sold me new carpeting.
