I have used ClassiCleaners for decades – – since they were over in Pear Tree Village.But I am getting ready to give up on them. I send them dress shirts every week. And almost every week I get back one or more shirts with broken or missing buttons. I call and I drop by and I express my frustrations with the problem. Dropped off a pair of jeans for a zipper repair. Took 2.5 weeks and was delivered back without the repair being made. Zero communication about the status of the job and a lack of customer service. My recommendation: don’t go here.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I liked ClassiCleaners until they lost two tux shirts (they were in the same order). The other items in the order were cleaned and returned so not sure what happened to these two shirts. I was offered store credit or my money back if I filed a claim (this required the recipe from when I purchased the shirts). I do not have my receipts so this was not an option for me. I was disappointed these were the only two options and no additional effort was made to make it right. We will not be using them again.
