“The absolute best chiropractor office in the DMV. From the receptionist and office manager to the chiropractors and massage therapist, I look forward to every appointment because of the quality of care they provide. I moved away for 6 months and when I moved back and made an appointment, I was welcomed like a family member. It was such an amazing experience to be remembered! Susan, the office manager is so bright and friendly; always welcoming patients with a warm smile even when the office is busy. Dr. Hansen remembers old ailments and past injuries and offers comprehensive evaluation and treatment plans. I’ve always been rather inquisitive and he answers all my questions and concerns with thorough explanations. Dr. Hansen’s scope of practice includes cupping and scraping along with adjustments. The cupping and scraping really broke up the tension of my muscles which allowed adjustments to be made easily. Dr. Yi is bubbly and kind. She is gentle but firm with adjustments. I wouldn’t recommend any other chiropractor office in the DMV. Even if it means I have to drive from Baltimore, I’ll continue coming to Bodnar for the exceptional care they provide.“

“Dr. Wilkinson was able to diagnose and remedy a nerve pinch pain issue I had in my upper back that had been present for months.Prior to finding Dr. Wilkinson, I worked my medical provider's therapy staff. After multiple sessions of trying different therapies, I realized their approach to treatment was not working for me. They did not even take an x-ray. That is when I went looking for alternative treatment.Dr. Wilkinson has a very friendly, positive approach to treatment. He treated me like a person first and then a patient. “Dr. Strand and her team are amazing! I started going to see them a few months before my wedding, because I wanted to get back in shape for the big day. I used to run a lot a few years, but got sidelined due to persistent foot pain. I saw a podiatrist, who gave me cortisone shots and custom insoles, but that was only a temporary fix, the pain came back, and I wasn't able to run for about a year and a half. After doing some of my own research, I thought that my pain was probably caused by my hips being out of alignment and having my feet strike differently on the pavement. In the first visit, without mentioning it, Dr. Strand identified this very issue and made an adjustment to my hips (among other adjustments to my back, neck, and shoulders to help correct my posture), used some of her other gadget on my feet and it worked wonders! I saw her twice a week for about a month and my issues dissipated and I was back to running 2-3 days/week (3-5 miles each time), in addition to walking about 5 miles per day with the dog. I couldn't be happier with the service and the results I have received and continue to see Dr. Strand for preventative maintenance.“
