I needed a cleaning service to complete a move-out cleaning of my studio I was transferring the lease to another individual. Chappell's Cleaning Services helped me schedule an appointment very easily, but the morning of the scheduled appointment, they called and said they had to cancel per an emergency. They later scheduled for the next morning. The next morning came around and they did not show up. I tried calling again and the customer service agent said she was trying to resolve the problem. The entire team at Chappell's Cleaning Services was awesome! The communication, professionalism, and work ethic was best I have seen in a while. They helped us with a post construction clean and a touch up clean prior to our clients grand opening for their store and the place was spotless. Thank you again for the help, we will be sure to reach out when we have another construction project in the area.
Chappell's Cleaning did an amazing job deep cleaning our entire office (office spaces & 36 workstations) and also carpet/floor cleaning on our breakroom & kitchen floor. Highly recommend their services! Great job team!!
