I’ve had severe back pain for 14 years because of a terrible car accident and I’ve had many different kinds of treatments/evaluations over the years but nothing was sticking, just felt better for a couple of days and the pain would come back.

Fast forward to present day and my family convinced me to check out Dr. Cho.

I was looking for an authentic acupuncture place for my anxiety and depression issues. I was very pleased to find Body Type Acupuncture & Herb Center that was affordable and accepted my insurance. I have been seeing Dr. Cho weekly for the past 5 months. Acupuncture has become an important addition to my health care routine and thanks to it my symptoms have dramatically improved. Dr. Cho is very caring and if needed adjusts acupoints depending on how I feel and what the needs are that day. His staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I called in and mentioned I was having insomnia. Dr. Cho was able to accommodate a last minute appointment. He did a thorough intake and after some needle pokes and a red light, I felt more relaxed as I left. That night, I had the best sleep of my life! Would definitely recommend.
