I'm a longtime customer of this store only because it's the closest place to my home that sells a brand I would otherwise have to make a trip to purchase. They have some brands not otherwise available as close, and I like the variety. However, The service has always been spotty for me, seemingly mood-based. The friendliest and most helpful people I've met in this store are the brand representatives. Today, I walked in the store. I was not greeted or acknowledged. There were several people working, some with customers. The associates who were not busy couldn't break away from chatting with each other to be bothered. Oh, and after 15 minutes of looking around, none of the associates approached me to inquire as to whether I had questions or needed assistance. After departing the store, I decided to call the store and talk about my experience...and wouldn't you know they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone either. Old Town Bluemercury, that's it for me! My money will be spent where I can get friendly, knowledgeable service.

I like the quality of their products however, I don't appreciate paying $23 for an empty plastic case in order to get a very small palette of blush! It cost almost as much as the blush. I feel that this is a rip off! I would also like to have to know how much everything cost. The CX is not to be desired and this is an establishment that J would not recommend or return to.

Poor client service. Only 1/3 staff members acknowledged me upon entry and throughout the 20 minutes I was in the store. The other 2 were going on and on about gymnastics, cheerleading, blah, blah, blah, and couldn't be bothered. The least you could do is say "hi" or "welcome." The staff desperately needs some training ASAP. I will not spend another penny here which is unfortunate given they have some great product lines.The hours listed here are also INCORRECT. THEY CLOSE AT 6 EVERYDAY!!!! NOT 7!!!
