Nothing worse than when your only car needs immediate attention. I called Nielsen's Automotive and they took the car right away. It turned out it only needed a new battery, but what a relief to have it repaired. Highly recommended.
Had a breakdown across the street from Alexandria Automotive. Had my dog, small bag of groceries, and cut flowers for my neighbor
Knew nothing about this business and they knew nothing about me. Immediately Joe set to work to evaluate and then solve all the problems with car, me, and dog. Left car for evaluation and repairs. Returned next day and all was right with all of the above. Could not have been better. Did not know this kind of service and assistance still existed. Best I could hope for.
These guys were absolutely amazing and I will definitely bring any of my car troubles to them. They were honest with me and really worked to find out what was wrong with my Buick enclave . Pat dealt with my back to back phone calls even after my car left to answer my questions and Charlie would check on anything I asked about when my car was there. If you’re trying to find a mechanic that works with you and doesn’t try to lie for more money this is the place to go! Thanks guys!!!!
