The team at Alexandria Carpet One did a great job. We wanted to have LVP installed in the basement of our new home before moving in. Mike walked us through our options and brought samples to the house to see how it would look in place. He was responsive to all communication and kept things moving along with our tight timeline.
The team on installation day were great as well - they were fast, efficient, and left everything in great shape. We couldn't be happier.
I have had a great experience with these folks when they installed my hardwood floors (2 different phases over 5 years). I worked with Jim and Mike respectively, they were knowledgeable and professional. The crew was very quick to turnaround the project. I would use them in the future.
I've used them at my house for carpet and linoleum and at my office for carpet and they have done a great job every time.
Michael is extremely responsive and their prices are excellent. The install at my office was complicated and involved moving a lot of very heavy furniture. They did a great job and left the office neater than it was when they came in. They also were able to do the work when the office was closed which was very helpful.
