Great service. Been using AAdvantage for annual service of furnace and AC for years. Gerson came out today, arrived on time and completed the work. The whole team is great to work with. They called the day previously to confirm, sent an email and called when the technician was on their way.
I hired AAdvantage H &AC to service 2 ACs and 3 split units. They provided me with an accurate estimate. The technician was courteous, on time and provided very clear explanation regarding what could and could not be done. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.
They pay attention to details, and the technicians are very knowledgeable. We had to have a crane to remove our old unit and bring the new unit to the roof. The coordination with the crane operator was tricky and they had a team of people to be sure everything went well.
